While sitting at a computer may be the last thing on your mind if you have back pain, a study has found email discussions may be just what you need.

A study from a research team led by Stanford University's Dr Kate R Lorig, and published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, found that educational emails exchanged between people with crook backs helped provide relief.
