When you're out and about exercising for the sake of your health, think of your whole body - and don't neglect your skin.

Frolicking outdoors from dawn to dusk with little or no protection from the sun was a way of life for many of the baby boomer generation. There was even a theory that once you got burnt you would be OK - your skin would become accustomed to the sun and stop turning pink and peeling. Thankfully, research has since stamped out such myths.
