It scores your current health out of 100, based on your personal biometrics, lifestyle, working environment and health history. Armed with your confidential Wellness Score, we can then suggest the behaviour change programs best suited to you.

The Wellness Record also provides immediate goals and tips on how to improve your score. And, after you make lifestyle changes, updating the Wellness Record enables you to chart and track your progress.

Each time a score is calculated, the Wellness Record also offers tips on where you're doing well and where you can improve.

How are the scores devised?

The scores are based on published, evidence-based public health research into causes of, and risk factors for, death and illness.

How can I improve my score?

Lifestyle factors such as tobacco smoking, physical activity levels, diet, body weight and blood pressure all have a significant impact on your overall score. While there's little we can do about a family history of disease, adopting a healthy lifestyle can substantially improve your Wellness Score and, more importantly, reduce your risk for diseases such as hypertension (high blood pressure), coronary heart disease, diabetes and some forms of cancer.
