Are you getting enough?

When it comes to exercise, the important things to keep in mind are that any exercise is better than none, more exercise is better than less, and different types of exercise (aerobic versus resistance) may offer different health benefits. The key is to find an activity you enjoy doing, start slow and work your way up. If you are frail or out of shape, even a few trips of slow walking for 10 minutes each can have health benefits and help you get into shape for more exercise.
